Apartment 1D

Apartment 1D is located on the ground floor. It is equipped with a kitchen, living-dining room, two luxury bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private outdoor area with terrace and garden. A garage space is available.

Fully equipped with built-in appliances which includes, ceramic hob, extractor hood, fan-assisted oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer.

The cupboards and drawers are equipped with a full range of crockery, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee maker.

You will also find a steam iron and an ironing board.

Salon

The living room is equipped with a modern sofa with coffee table, a dining table and six chairs, a TV with satellite channels and internet access,

The living room has air conditioning. The furnishings are of good taste and quality.

Bedrooms

Two bedrooms equip the apartment, a master bedroom with a double bed and bathroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds.

The bedrooms have bedside tables and large closets with sliding doors equipped with mirrors.

The rooms have air conditioning.

Bathrooms

Two bathrooms equip the apartment.

In the master bathroom, there is a toilet, bidet, bathtub, modern tablet with a sink and mirror, hair dryer and towel dryer.

In the other there is a WC, shower, modern shelf with a sink and mirror.

Outside

The pool side has a bistro table and four chairs, perfect for breakfast in the sun.

The garden side has a terrace and a lawn perfect for enjoying the sun from afternoon to sunset and is equipped with a garden table and 4 chairs with parasol.

You also have 2 private sunbeds to lie down outside on the garden side.

You also have 4 private sunbeds to relax outside on the pool side in the solarium.

A collective barbecue is available to the occupants.

In the streets of Alvor there are many small shops and fisherman restaurants, where you can taste specialties such as cataplana or good grilled fish. Enjoy your lunch !

In practice

ALVOR TRAVEL

Here you can find all possible excursions and bike rental etc. Ask for John or Maria, they always have great tips for excursions.

John can also pick you up at the airport as for Maria, she will suggest

postcards, suntan cream, Port, wine, etc.

They speak French well.

Some places to visit in the region?

Lagos, discover the old town with its winding streets and its beautiful marina. Getting there takes less than half an hour and there are regular bus services. Lagos is definitely worth a visit.

Once in Lagos you really have to go see Ponta Da Piedade, it's 5 minutes away but it's worth the detour.

Serra de Monchique is a mountain range separating the Algarve from the north of the country. You will find a forest of oaks and chestnut trees. Fóia is the highest peak of this mountain and on a clear day the view extends to the southern coast of the Algarve. It is about 45 minutes from Alvor.

Remember to visit the small fishing village of Ferragudo where you will find nice restaurants. At 5 minutes go see,

Farol da Ponta do Altar great vantage point for taking pictures of the coast and the sea. This is just above Ferragudo. It is only a 20 min drive from Albur Village.

Sagres and Cap Saint Vincent are two places not to be missed with beaches for surfing and cliffs 60 meters high.

It takes 40 minutes to get there. Ideally it is a destination to stall with the visit of Lagos because to go there you go to Lagos.

Daily, in the morning you have in Portimao, a covered market with fruits, vegetables, fish, etc. This is in the center of São João de Deus Avenue.

Loulé, a daily market is held in an Arabic-style hall. On Saturday a Gypsy market is organized in town. By bus it is about an hour from Alvor.

AQUA Center

In Portimao, there is a shopper's paradise, the Aqua shopping centre. You will find all the big brands like Zara, Stradivarius, H&M, Bershka, Pull & Bear and Tiffosi etc. It's just a 15 min drive from Albur Village.
